I've been reading a relationship book called "Men are from Mars and Woman are from Venus".  This book is somewhat interesting and has shed some light on how each of the opposite sex reacts to different situations

Basically, if we can consider men and women are from completely different planets, then we begin to accept each other's differences and become more understanding thus having better interaction.  Its seem like a simple concept to understand.  I think in some ways, it has helped be understand some of the mistakes I've made in the past and learn to try to avoid repeating the same mistakes in future relationships. 

But one question is left on my mind....if men and women are from different planets?  Why are we all here on this planet torturing each other?
